DuPont Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. has been renamed to Mylar Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that DuPont Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. changed the company name to Mylar Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. (“Mylar Hongji”) on January 1st, 2025.
The choice of our new company name reflects our proud heritage of polyester film industry leadership and innovation of Mylar®, incorporating the Mylar® brand which was introduced as the world's first biaxially orientated PET film over seventy years ago. We also believe the new name represents a positive forward-looking vision as we build on our company's strong history and move forward into our new era of supplying world class differentiated polyester films.
What changes began on January 1, 2025?
 Our new company name must be used for us to receive payment from you.
 Mylar Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. will replace DuPont Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. on all documentation. This includes invoices, order confirmations, product labels and other important documentation.
 Our website will change to www.mylarhongji.com. Please visit the new website after mid January to learn more about our company and our products! Product information is still being updated.
 Email addresses will change from "@mail.dphj.com" to "@mylarhongji.com".

What is not changing?
 Company registration number, Tax payer ID, bank accounts, etc..
 The same commercial, technical service and customer service team will still be there to support your business.
 Product names and material numbers will remain the same.
 In addition to the Mylar® brand, we will continue to market our Hongji® PET，Melinex® PET，Kaladex® PEN range of products.
 Company ownership. We will continue to be the joint venture between Mylar Specialty Films China Limited (registered in Hong Kong) and FSPG Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. in China. Mylar Specialty Films is a 50/50 joint venture between Celanese and Teijin with PET production and marketing bases in USA, Europe and Asia.

We kindly ask you to amend your records accordingly and transition to using the Mylar Hongji Films Foshan Co., Ltd. company name for all orders and correspondence. Please can you specially make sure our new company name is used for us to receive payment from you.
